Laurel Lake to host program:
"Selling Your Home in a Buyer's Market"

January 11, 2009 -- Putting your home on the market can be a daunting prospect, especially in a slow real estate market. That's why Laurel Lake is planning to host a special program for local retirees and Baby Boomers, "Selling Your Home in a Buyer’s Market," on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 2 p.m. in the Main Dining Room of the Laurel Lake campus. 

Local expert Cynthia Slabaugh, President of the Akron Area Board of Realtors, will give an update on how the real estate market in the Akron/Cleveland area is faring, and suggest strategies designed to help retirees sell their homes and move forward with their retirement living plans.
