Residents are admitted after a pre-admission assessment by Laurel Lake, and a history and physical report from their physician. Once the care status has been determined, Laurel Lake will consult with the resident, his/her family or responsible party, and his/her personal physician.

For Greenwood residents who may eventually require more advanced medical care, Laurel Lake’s skilled nursing facility, The Crown Center, is an option to accommodate those needs on campus.Resident Lifestyle:
